Video Marketing – The Basics

Today we’re going to be sharing three tips for making the best Videos. – These tips are from the master blogger.

First Tip: Make sure you do your research.

This is a little bit of a tricky one. Most people don’t think about it, but you’re gonna wanna do your research to make sure what you’re filming a Video about is something that people are actually searching for. So the information is out there, it’s really easy to access and it’s free. You can go to a website called ubersuggest.com type in whatever you wanna be shooting your Video about and it’ll tell you whether or not you got people that are actually searching for it. We actually incorporate this tip into our Videos too.

Again, just another way to make sure that what you’re shooting is gonna be relevant and interesting. And Video is important, right? Video is super important, because doesn’t Facebook want, like Videos to be the only thing that they have on there?

Yes, Videos are really, really important. There’s a study out by a company called Cisco that 80% of the content that’s taken on the internet is going to be Video by 2020. – And so all businesses should be going Video if they don’t already.  Everybody should be doing Video – And if you need help contact www.freshchallenge.ca

By the way you can use an iPhone in 4K and shoot a video. So you can do this with your phone at home too. Everything we’re telling you, you can do at home.

Second Tip: Make sure that you film with a buddy. This maybe a little tricky when you are at home.

A buddy will make sure what you are doing is on point. You can add some real cool bloopers behind the scenes. Some B roll footage, making fun 🙂 while filming and ensure that you create great videos.

Third or last tip: Make sure that you’re taking your Video and you’re leveraging it all over the place i.e. sharing on all social platforms.

Use that Video on social media, use that Video as a blog on Google, and on YouTube right? You want the Video up on YouTube? – You got to make sure it’s up on YouTube. Do all this stuff with your videos. Adding captions to your video is a must. Most people watch video on Facebook on mute. Also captions help for the hearing impaired. Fresh challenge Marketing, Canada can create captions for you and they can make it ADA compliant.

Did you know YouTube is the second largest search engine? And Google owns it. So it is important to be on YouTube.

Also make sure that all of the Videos and all of the content is the best it possibly can be. Think about your story, content and do your research before you embark on it. Fresh Challenge Marketing can help you create awesome videos to provide the end result that you want.

Happy Video Creation.
